SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF SALE WHEREAS, on July 1, 2022, Gary E Bridgewater executed a deed of trust for the benefit of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as beneficiary, as nominee for United Trust Bank, its successors and assigns, which deed of trust was recorded on July 7, 2022, as Instrument No. 202215108, in Book 3921, Page 335, in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Jackson County, Mississippi; Said Deed of Trust was last sold, assigned and transferred to First Federal Bank by assignment recorded as Instrument No. 202513761 in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Jackson County, Mississippi.
