NOTICE OF INTENT TO LEASE 1501 NC 39 HWY Pursuant to G.S. 160A-272, the Town of Zebulon Board of Commissioners intends to consider adopting a resolution at its regular meeting on October 16, 2025, or such other regular meeting thereafter, authorizing the lease of land located at 1501 NC 39 Highway, Zebulon, North Carolina (REID: 0186526) and commonly known as Five County Stadium. The lease shall be for a term of 10 years at a rent of $50,000 per year for the first lease year, $60,000 per year for the second lease year, and $75,000 per year during the remainder of the lease term.
