NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER STATE OF GEORGIA MUSCOGEE COUNTY WHEREAS, Warner L. Kennon, Sr., as Guardian of the Veterans Administration benefits of Kenneth Thomas, as borrower(s), executed a SECURITY DEED to Southtrust Mortgage Corporation, a corporation, Lender which was dated 11/28/2000, and recorded on 12/1/2000, in Instrument No.: 2000-0043336, Deed Book 5728, Page 127, securing the payment of a Note in the amount of $71,000.00 in Muscogee County, Georgia Register of Deeds. NOW, THEREFORE, notice is hereby given that the entire indebtedness has been declared due and payable as provided in said Security Deed by the Holder, and by virtue of the power of sale and authority vested in it, will on 11/4/2025 sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash Before the Courthouse door of the Muscogee County Courthouse, 100 10th Street, Columbus, Georgia 31901 of Muscogee, the following described property situated in Muscogee County, Georgia, to wit: ALL THAT LOT, TRACT AND PARCEL OF LAND SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN COLUMBUS, MUSCOGEE COUNTY, GEORGIA AND BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS ALL OF LOT NUMBERED FOUR (4), IN BLOCK LETTERED "D", LINDSAY CREEK PARK SUBDIVISION, AS SAID LOT IS SHOWN UPON A MAP OR PLAT OF SAID SUBDIVISION DATED JUNE 25, 1954 MADE BY LON E.
