SUBSTITUTED TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF SALE
WHEREAS, on July 12, 2005, Jon Ray executed a Deed of Trust to Recon Trust Company, N.A., Trustee for the benefit of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as Beneficiary, as nominee for Countrywide Home Loans, Inc., its successors and assigns, which is recorded as Instrument No. 2005 33468 T-J1 in the office of the Chancery Clerk of the First Judicial District of Harrison County, Mississippi; and
WHEREAS, the Deed of Trust was assigned to Bank of America, N.A. by instrument recorded in the office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk as Instrument No. 2025-0009742-T-J1; and
WHEREAS, Underwood Law Firm PLLC has been substituted as Trustee under the Deed of Trust; and
WHEREAS, default has been made in the terms and conditions of the Deed of Trust and the entire debt secured thereby has been declared due and payable in accordance with the terms of the Deed of Trust, and the legal holder of the indebtedness secured thereby, Bank of America, N.A., has requested the undersigned Substituted Trustee to execute the trust and sell the property in accordance with the terms of the Deed of Trust for the purpose of raising the sums due thereunder together with attorney's fees, Substituted Trustee's fees, and expenses of sale.
NOW, THEREFORE, Underwood Law Firm PLLC, as Substituted Trustee under the Deed of Trust, will on October 14, 2025, offer for sale at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash within legal hours (between 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.) at the east front door of the Harrison County Courthouse (First Judicial District) in Gulfport, Mississippi, the following described property together with all improvements thereon situated in Harrison County, Mississippi, being the same property described in the Deed of Trust:
A parcel of land situated and being located in the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 Section 35, T5S, R12W, First Judicial District of Harrison County, Mississippi, and being more particularly described as commencing at the SE corner of the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 35, T5S, R12W, thence run N 00 degrees 03 minutes E 846.7 feet along the East line of the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of said Section 35; thence run West 105.0 feet to the Point of Beginning. Thence continue from said point of beginning West 105.0 feet; thence run North 231.08 feet to the southerly margin of Wortham Road; thence run N 84 degrees 25 minutes E 105.57 feet along the southerly margin of Wortham Road; thence run South 241.34 feet to the Point of Beginning. Also referred to as Lot 2, Riverline Hills and Lake, Unit 10A, unrecorded.
UNDERWOOD LAW FIRM PLLC will convey only such title as is vested in it as Substituted Trustee.
