BEESON; MICHAEL LAURET; LORENDA LAURET; CHRISTINE VAURIGAUD CATALANOTTO; JAMES VAURIGAUD JOHNSON; AND ANY AND ALL OTHER PERSONS WITH AN INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN THE SUBJECT COMPLAINT DEFENDANTS SUMMONS BY PUBLICATION THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI TO: ANY AND ALL OTHER PERSONS AND ENTITIES HAVING AND/OR CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY LYING WITHIN THE PLAT OF LOT 6 OF LINWAY ACRES, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36 AT PAGE 24 IN THE OFFICE OF THE CHANCERY CLERK OF HARRISON COUNTY, FIRST JUDICIAL DISTRICT, MISSISSIPPI WHOSE NAMES, ADDRESSES, AND POST OFFICE BOXES ARE UNKNOWN AFTER DILIGENT SEARCH AND INQUIRY You have been made a Defendant in the suit filed in this Court by Red Crick Holdings, LLC, seeking to alter or amend the plat and resubdivide Lot 6 of Linway Acres, being recorded in Plat Book 36 at Page 24, in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Harrison County, First Judicial District, Mississippi, and to amend the covenants related thereto. The other Defendants in this action are Harrison County, Mississippi; Coastal MS Holdings, LLC; Mary Lejeune Kephart; Scott Allen Kephart; Cheryl M. Mott; David Cooper; Regina L. Beeson; Michael Lauret; Lorenda Lauret; Christine Vaurigaud Catalanotto; James Vaurigaud; and Shelly Vaurigaud Johnson. You are required to mail or hand-deliver a copy of a written response to the Complaint to Jordan R. Mathews, the attorney for the Plaintiff, whose address is 2137 E. Pass Road, Gulfport, Mississippi, 39507. YOUR RESPONSE MUST BE MAILED OR DELIVERED NOT LATER THAN THIRTY DAYS AFTER THE 10th DAY OF SEPTEMBER 2025, WHICH IS THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THE SUMMONS. IF YOUR RESPONSE IS NOT SO MAILED OR DELIVERED, A JUDGMENT BY DEFAULT WILL BE ENTERED AGAINST YOU FOR THE MONEY OR OTHER RELIEF DEMANDED IN THE COMPLAINT. Pursuant to M.C.A. Section 19-27-31, at any time after the expiration of five (5) days from the date of the first publication and the service of process upon the named defendants, the cause or proceeding shall be triable, and the court in term time or the chancellor in vacation may hear the petition and all objections from any person thereto, and may decree according to the merits of the case.
