Add a 515' x 4' boardwalk with handrails leading to a 16' x 28' covered pierhead. Included are 4 pile boatlift measuring 13' x 13' and a 3' x 13' catwalk; and a 3' x 20' ramp to a 12' x 35' floating dock. To be included in the 16; x 28' covered pierhead there will be a bench, a storage box no larger than 3' tall, 3' deep and 8' long, and fish table/sink. The sink, storage box and bench will be within the footprint of the covered pierhead for private use at 17 Ulmer Drive, portion of lots 9 & 10, Riverview, Bluffton, SC 29910. .
