Public Notice Pine Island Property Holdings LLC will apply to SCDES-BCM for a permit for the installation of approximately 930 LF of bulkhead with rip rap toe protection (3,720 SF, 138 CY). There will be approximately 282 SF of fill (52 CY) between MHW and the bulkhead. Also included in the application are 24 oyster castle structures and the planting of 3,104 SF of Spartina marsh grass. The purpose of the project is to protect an existing residential structures.The site is located at 3 St. Helenville Road, St. Helena Island, Beaufort County, South Carolina.
