LOMR Case Number (24-04-1700P) – Manatee County and Incorporated Areas, FL The Manatee County Floodplain Section, in accordance with National Flood Insurance Program regulation 65.7(b)(1), hereby gives notice of the County's intent to revise the flood hazard information, generally located between 55th Avenue and 44th Avenue. Specifically, the flood hazard information will be revised along Bowlees Creek and several unnamed ponding areas from a point approximately 1,400 ft upstream of 55th Avenue to a point approximately 200 ft downstream of 44th Avenue. As a result of the revision, the floodway will be established, widen and narrow, the 1-percentannual-chance water-surface elevations shall be established, increase, and decrease, and the 1-percent-annual-chance floodplain will be increase, decrease, and be established within the area of revision.
