City of Gulfport Notice of Adoption of Ordinance Notice is hereby given of the adoption of Ordinance No. 3509, duly adopted and approved by the City Council of the City of Gulfport on September 2, 2025, which is summarized by the following explanatory statement. "This Ordinance amends the City's Code of Ordinances and Official Zoning Map by rezoning certain property generally described as being located North of Demaret Drive, South of and adjacent to East Pass Road, East of Dudley Street, and West of and adjacent to Red Oak Drive, from its present classification of B-1 (Neighborhood Business Districts) and R-B (Residence-Business Districts) to B-2 (General Business Districts), as more fully set forth in the Ordinance.
