Trustee's Notice of Sale TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF SALE WHEREAS, on January 20, 2023, Dorries Street, LLC, by and through Joseph F. Gazzo, III and Jonathan H. Gazzo, its Members and Managers, executed a Deed of Trust, Security Agreement and Assignment of Leases and Rents to Edward P.
