ST. CLAIR COUNTY NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING PROGRAM YEAR 2024 CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL PERFORMANCE EVALUATION REPORT (CAPER) We want to hear from you! St. Clair County Intergovernmental Grants Department, Community Development Group is preparing its Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER) for Program Year (PY) 2024 (October 1st 2024 through September 30th 2025). This report describes all activities and outcomes for programs using Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), and HOME Investment Partnership funds. Activities using these funds may include: • Housing Rehabilitation • Homebuyer Assistance • Emergency Housing Repair • Home Accessibility • Home Modification • New Home Construction • Public Facilities (infrastructure) The geographic area served includes all qualified areas of the St. Clair County entitlement area. We are interested in your comments on our performance. We appreciate your input as we determine the effectiveness of these programs to meet the needs of low and low-moderate income persons with the funds available.
