I. TENTATIVE DETERMINATIONSBased on preliminary staff review, the City of Tumwater proposes to issue a permit to control the above discharge pursuant to certain limitations. A final determination will not be made until all comments have been received, pursuant to this notice, and have been evaluated. II.
