NOTICE OF INTENT TO DISPOSE OF REAL PROPERTY OWNED BY THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF BRADENTON IN THE CENTRAL COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AREA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 163.380(3)(a) Florida Statutes, that the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Bradenton ("CRA") is the owner of and intends to convey "as is" and dispose of its interest in the following described real property: Commonly Known Address: 636 10th AVENUE EAST., BRADENTON FL 34208 PID No.: 4588700007 Legal Description: E1/2 OF BLK I LINCOLN HEIGHTS PI#45887.0000/7 The above property is a vacant residential lot. All parties interested in purchasing the property must submit a proposal within 30 calendar days of the publication date of this notice. The CRA will evaluate and consider all such proposals and the financial and legal ability of the persons making such proposals to carry them out. The CRA may negotiate with any persons for proposals for the conveyance of any real property acquired by it in the community redevelopment area. The CRA may accept such proposals as it deems to be in the public interest and in furtherance of Chapter 163, PART III, Florida Statutes. Pursuant to Section 163.380(1), Florida Statutes, the disposition or any development of the property may be subject to such covenants, conditions, and restrictions, including covenants running with the land, if any, necessary and appropriate to further prevent slum and blighted areas, and to carry out the intent of the parties. In addition, any purchasers, their successors, and assigns will be obligated to devote the property only to the uses specified in the Central Community Redevelopment Plan, Municipal Land Use/Development Regulations and in the public interest. The property will be conveyed "as is" by deed and subject to all zoning and land use limitations. All parties shall conduct such title searches and other investigations as the parties deem appropriate. The parties must rely solely upon their own research and not on any information provided by the CRA or City staff. The successful party shall pay all documentary stamps, closing fees, recording fees, and Broker fees (if applicable). The CRA Board has the right to reject any and all proposals at any time for any reason. All proposals must be submitted to the Community Redevelopment Agency Office addressed to the Contact Person below in writing (email, mail, or in-person drop off) no later than 3:30 pm EST, FRIDAY OCTOBER 10, 2025. Submittals received after this deadline will not be considered. There will be a Question and Answer period prior to the due date for submittals. All questions will be answered by CRA staff in writing, with answers posted on the CRA's website at www.cityofbradenton.com/cra. Any inquiries or requests concerning interpretation, clarification or additional information pertaining to this notice shall be made in writing to the CRA Manager at christopher.munyon@bradentonfl.gov. Question submissions are due on or before October 3, 2025.
