REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR OFFICE ARTWORK PACKAGE The City of Mansfield, Texas (the "City") is pleased to be accepting proposals for Office Artwork for our Service Center Expansion and New Animal Shelter Project. RFP documents must be downloaded from https://www.mansfieldtexas.gov/Bids.aspx. Any and all changes and addenda will be issued through this system. Questions about this RFP should be directed to kristen.petree@mansfieldtexas.gov before 5:00 pm on September 12, 2025. It is the respondent's responsibility to ensure that they have secured and thoroughly reviewed all aspects of the RFP documents prior to submitting proposals. Any revisions or clarifications to be incorporated into this document will be confirmed in writing prior to the due date. No verbal responses will otherwise alter the specifications, terms, and conditions as stated. Sealed proposals (one paper copy and one electronic copy) will be received by the City of Mansfield, Texas on or before 10:30 am on September 23, 2025 in the City Secretary's Office, 1200 E Broad Street, Mansfield, Texas 76063. Clearly mark "Proposal for Office Artwork - ACO and Service Center" and the name and address of the firm on each proposal. Proposals received after the deadline are subject to disqualification.
