An application by way of Summons dated 24 July 2025 has been made by Michael Pearson, Andrew Rutherford and Anna Silver as the Joint Official Liquidators (the "JOLs") of the above-named Companies seeking orders sanctioning the JOLs' proposed approach to (i) adjudicating proofs of debt submitted in the liquidation of the Companies in accordance with section 139 of the Companies Act (as revised) and the Companies Winding Up Rules ("CWR") Order 16, and (ii) making distributions of the Companies' property to admitted creditors in accordance with section 140 of the Companies Act and CWR Order 18 (the "Summons"). 2. The hearing of the Summons will take place at the Law Courts, George Town, Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands on 10 October 2025 at 9.30 am. 3. Any creditor of the Companies is entitled to be heard and/or appear at the hearing of the Summons. Any creditor who wishes to be heard and/or appear at the hearing of the Summons must notify the JOLs by 26 September 2025 by emailing the JOLs at biscayne@ffp.ky.
