SINGLE PRIME CONTRACTOR'S ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID Sealed proposals will be received until 3:00pm on October 2, 2025, at Bryan Center Conference Room 109, NC School of Science and Mathematics, 1219 Broad Street, Durham, NC for the construction of the Campus-Wide HVAC Renovations – Phase 1 project at the NC School of Science and Mathematics at which time and place bids will be opened and read. The scope of work for this project includes replacing central air handling units for Hunt Residence Hall (additional VAV boxes and HVAC scope are fully defined on the mechanical drawings and specifications). Electrical scope will include power system modifications as shown on electrical drawings and specifications. Bids will be received for single prime bid contracts.
