This is a suit by Conner Hollen Paul Cuevas to confirm title or interest and to remove cloud on title for that certain property legally described as:
THE SE 1/4 OF THE NE 1/4 OF THE SW 1/4 OF THE NW 1/4 OF SECTION 24, TOWNSHIP 6 SOUTH, RANGE 13 WEST, HARRISON COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, FIRST JUDICIAL DISTRICT AND BEING A PART OF THE SAME PROPERTY AS DESCRIBED IN DEED BOOK 313 AT PAGE 137 AS RECORDED AND FILED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CHANCERY CLERK OF HARRISON COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI FIRST JUDICIAL DISTRICT
Plaintiff, Conner Hollen Paul Cuevas, obtained his interest in the subject property via that certain Warranty Deed from Maelisa Rae Morreale a/k/a MaeLisa Moran a/k/a Maelisa Rae Cuevas.
