Notice of Special Meeting Downtown Doral South Community Development District A special meeting of the Board of Supervisors ("Board") of the Downtown Doral South Community Development District ("District") will be held on September 17, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. at the community's clubhouse, 4651 N.W. 82nd Avenue, Doral, Florida. The purpose of the special meeting is for the Board to consider the minutes of the meeting held on August 20, 2025, financial reports, the proposed Agreement for Sale and Purchase (The Residences at Downtown Doral Club) between White Course Lennar, LLC, and CC-WCD TIC, LLC, and the District, and for the Board to consider and discuss other matters related to the potential purchase and acquisition by the District of the clubhouse and recreational facilities located at 4651 NW 82 Avenue, Doral, Florida and 8151 NW 46 Terrace, Doral, Florida. The Board may also consider any other District business that may properly come before it. The meeting is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida Law for Community Development Districts. A copy of the agenda for this special meeting will be available seven days prior to the meeting and may be obtained from the District Manager, 5385 N. Nob Hill Road, Sunrise, Florida 33351, during normal business hours, or by visiting the District's website at www.downtowndoralsouthcdd.com. This special meeting may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the meeting. There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors will participate by telephone. At the above location there will be present a speaker telephone so that any interested person can attend the meeting at the above location and be fully informed of the discussions taking place either in person or by telephone communication. Any person requiring special accommodations at this meeting because of a disability or physical impairment should contact the District Office at (954) 721-8681 at least five calendar days prior to the meeting. Each person who decides to appeal any action taken at these meetings is advised that person will need a record of the proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
