NOTICE OF APPLICATION
Notice is hereby given that the City of Lacey received a Preliminary Subdivision, Preliminary Planned Residential Development (PRD), Wetland Development Permit, Shoreline Conditional Use Permit, Shoreline Substantial Development Permit, Class IV Forest Practices Permit/Land Clearing Permiton August 1, 2025 for the following proposal:
Application #25-0237: Long Lake Development LLC is proposing 26-lot single-family subdivision and PRD, to include utility and road improvements as well as open space area amenities within the shoreline jurisdiction and wetland buffer associated with Long Lake. The project is located at 7225 14th Ave SE, Lacey, Washington 98503; Assessor's parcel 11822131000. Located within a portion of SW ¼ of the NE ¼ of Section 22, T18N, R1W.
On August 28, 2025, this application was deemed complete pursuant to RCW 36.70B.070. This determination of completeness means that the application is sufficient for continued review. Pursuant to WAC 197-11-355, the City of Lacey is using the Optional DNS process. The City of Lacey expects to issue a determination of nonsignificance (DNS) for this project. Anyone who wishes to make comment on this application may do so beginning September 4, 2025. Comments must be received no later than by 5p.m. on October 4, 2025.
