PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF EAGLE
In accordance with Idaho State Code 67-8206, legal notice is hereby given that the EAGLE CITY COUNCIL will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, September 23, 2025, at 6:00 P.M. or as soon thereafter as may be heard, at Eagle City Hall, 660 E. Civic Lane, Eagle, Idaho. The purpose of the hearing is to consider public comment regarding the adoption of the Ada County Coroner Capital Improvement Plan and Development Impact Fee Study, the Ada County Jail Capital Improvement Plan and Development Impact Fee Study and the Ada County Emergency Medical Services Capital Improvement Plan and Development Impact Fee Study.
The City of Eagle will make available to the public, upon request, the following: proposed land use assumptions, and a copy of the proposed Capital Improvement Plans and proposed Ordinance. Any member of the public, affected by the Capital Improvement Plans, has the right to appear at the public hearing and present evidence regarding the proposed Capital Improvement Plans. The City shall send notice of the intent to hold a public hearing by mail to any person who has requested in writing to have a notification of the hearing date at least fifteen (15) days prior to the hearing date.
Public testimony is encouraged at the public hearing. Written comments must be submitted no less than five (5) working days prior to the day on which the public hearing is scheduled, to Eagle City Hall, 660 E. Civic Lane Eagle, Idaho, 83616 or may be e-mailed to clerks@cityofeagle.org. Qualified individuals who need accessible communication aids, services or other accommodations to participate in programs and activities are invited to make your needs and preferences known to the 504/ADA Coordinator (Eagle City Clerk), 208-939-6813. Please allow three to five days advanced notice so that your needs may be adequately met.
