NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF MODESTO FY 2024 – 2025 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report Notice is hereby given that a public hearing to consider the City of Modesto’s Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Con- solidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) will be held by the City Council of the City of Modesto on September 23, 2025, at 5:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Basement Level, Tenth Street Place, 1010 10th St., Modesto, California. The CAPER identifies the City of Modesto’s accomplishments during Fiscal Year 2024-2025 using Commu- nity Development Block Grant (CDBG), Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG), HOME Investment Partnership Program (HOME) funds and HOME American Rescue Plan (HOME ARP) funds. Interested persons will be given the opportunity to provide oral and/or written comments at the public hearing.
