Under and by virtue of an Execution directed to the undersigned Sheriff from the Superior/District Court of WAKE County in the above entitled action, I will on the 1st day of October, 2025, at 10:00, at the Salisbury Street door of the Wake County Courthouse in Raleigh, North Carolina, offer for sale to the highest bidder for cash to satisfy said Execution, all right, title, and interest which the defendant Reginald Earl Sanders-Bruce now has or at any time had at or after the docketing of the Judgment in said action in the following described real estate lying and being in Cary Township, Wake County, North Carolina:
Located in the Town of Cary with the address of 111 Carostone Court, Cary, NC, 27513 and more particularly described as:
BEING all of Lot 12, Brookline Village, as shown on the plat entitled "A Portion of Parkway P.U.D., Parcel R-11 Brookline Village" prepared by Withers & Ravenel Engineering & Surveying, Inc., dated January 4, 1994 and recorded in the Wake County Registry, Book of Maps 1994 at Page 139, to which reference is herein made for a more particular description of the same. The property hereinabove described was acquired by Grantor by instrument recorded in Book 8621 page 2705.
This property will be sold subject to all outstanding taxes, easements, liens, mortgages or any other encumbrances of any description whatsoever pertaining thereto as may exist.
