NOTICE OF SPECIAL ELECTION JACKSON COUNTY, MISSOURI TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 30, 2025 Notice is hereby given to the qualified voters of Jackson County, Missouri that the Circuit Court of Jackson County, Missouri has issued an order on August 4, 2025 in Case 2516-CV21560, Stephanie Coen, et. al, v Kansas City Election Board, et. al. to conduct a Special Election to be held in Jackson County on Tuesday, September 30, 2025, between the hours of 6:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. on the following question. The Kansas City Board of Election Commissioners will conduct the election in that portion of Jackson County within the corporate limits of Kansas City. The official ballot for the Special Election will be substantially in the following form: JACKSON COUNTY, MISSOURI SPECIAL ELECTION SEPTEMBER 30, 2025 OFFICIAL BALLOT QUESTION #1 Shall Frank White, Jr. be recalled from the office of County Executive in Jackson County, Missouri? YES NO INSTRUCTIONS TO VOTERS: If you are in favor of this question, completely darken the oval beside “YES.” If you are opposed to this question, completely darken the oval beside “NO.” IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Kansas City Board of Election Commissioners has caused the name of its Secretary to be hereunto signed and the official seal affixed this 21st day of August 2025. Such means may include reassignment to an accessible polling place, curbside voting, assisted voting or voting by absentee ballot. A voter may apply for an absentee ballot in person or by mail, or may have a relative or guardian apply in person on his or her behalf. If an absentee voter is disabled or incapacitated, the notary requirement is waived. In addition, voters requiring assistance may be assisted by a person of the voter's choice.
