NOTICE OF SPECIAL ELECTION JACKSON COUNTY, MISSOURI TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 30, 2025 Notice is hereby given to the qualified voters of Jackson County, Missouri that the Circuit Court of Jackson County, Missouri has issued an order on August 4, 2025 in Case 2516-CV21560, Stephanie Coen, et. al, v Kansas City Election Board, et. al. to conduct a Special Election to be held in Jackson County on Tuesday, September 30, 2025, between the hours of 6:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. on the following question. The Kansas City Board of Election Commissioners will conduct the election in that portion of Jackson County within the corporate limits of Kansas City.
