Any party interested in purchasing the Property is hereby notified that proposals to acquire the Property must be made and submitted to the Procurement & Contract Services Department, Attention: Malia Rivera, Director of Procurement, 450 SE 6th Avenue, Homestead, Florida 33030. Further information as is available regarding the Property may be reviewed or obtained at the Procurement & Contract Services Department, 450 SE 6th Avenue, Homestead, Florida 33030.
