City of Saginaw
Request for Qualifications
The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to solicit and select a consultant to provide the following services. The City of Saginaw has been awarded a grant to develop a Comprehensive Safety Action Plan (CSAP) for the Safe Streets and Roads for All (SS4A) Grant Program. The consultant will assist the city in developing CSAP for the SS4A Grant Program. The consultant will need to work closely with the City's representative from the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA). The consultant will assist the city in filling out the Grant Agreement and other FHWA forms as required. To deliver these services, the Consultant will collaborate with a few Saginaw departmental offices. The City wants the CSAP development work to start as soon as the city council gives its approval and be finished by the end of 2026's third quarter.
A copy of the request for qualifications is listed on the City of Saginaw website at www.saginawtx.org/bids. To be considered you must meet the qualifications and satisfy the requirements set forth in the RFQ.
Request for Qualifications shall be received on or before 11:30 a.m., Monday, September 22, 2025. Late submittals will not be accepted. All qualifications received will become the property of the City of Saginaw.
Completed and Sealed Qualification Packets must be received at the address list below.
