Scope includes the development of a new Performance Pavilion with event lawn, Electrical service, landscaping, shade structures, screen walls, and required site work to support various outdoor public events including parking for food trucks. Fransen Pittman Construction (FP) is soliciting bids as the CMAR for ALL TRADES associated with the work to be performed. Bids will be received at the office of Fransen Pittman Construction, 530 S Nolen, Southlake, Texas, 76092 by 2:00 p.m. local time, Tuesday, September 23, 2025.
