NOTICE OF DETERMINATION OF NON-SIGNIFICANCE The Tumwater School District No. 33 has issued a determination of non-significance (DNS) under the State Environmental Policy Act Rules (Chapter 197-11 WAC) for the following non-project action: Adoption of the Tumwater School District's 2025-2031 Capital Facilities Plan (CFP) for the purposes of planning for the District's facilities needs. The City of Tumwater may incorporate the District's Capital Facilities Plan into its Comprehensive Plans. Thurston County may also incorporate this Plan into the County's Comprehensive Plan. After review of a completed environmental checklist and other information on file with the agency, the Tumwater School District has determined this proposal will not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment.
