The Plaintiff has instituted this in rem action seeking to foreclose a Certificate of Lien recorded recorded January 9, 2024 in Instrument Number 2024001339, and recorded in Book 159, Page 1313 of the Public Records of Beaufort County, South Carolina for the amounts due and owing to the Plaintiff for the common expenses of the horizontal property regime due under the Master Deed and By-Laws of Disney Vacation Club at Hilton Head Island with respect to the property described as follows: An undivided 0.3884% interest in Unit 2A of Disney Vacation Club at Hilton Head Island Horizontal Property Regime, (the "Condominium"), according to the Master Deed thereof as recorded in Deed Book 804, Page 1432, in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Beaufort County, South Carolina, and all amendments thereto (the 'Master Deed') (Contract No.: 31988.1). The civil case number for the foreclosure is 2024CP0701665. YOU WILL ALSO TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to Rule 53(b) SCRCP, as amended effective September 1, 2002, the Plaintiff will move for a general Order of Reference to a Special Referee for Beaufort County, which Order shall, pursuant to Rule 53(b) of the South Carolina Rules of Civil Procedure, specifically provide that the said Special Referee is authorized and empowered to enter a final judgment in this action.
