The State of Mississippi Announces the Availability of the State's Draft Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report for Housing and Community Development Programs Jackson, Mississippi – The State of Mississippi is announcing the availability of the State's Draft Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report for Housing and Community Development Programs. The programs included in the Performance Report are the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG), HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME), National Housing Trust Fund, and Housing Opportunities for Persons with Aids (HOPWA) Programs. The State of Mississippi has prepared the Draft Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report for Housing and Community Development Programs to provide the State's progress in meeting its program objectives by providing decent housing, creating suitable living environments and expanding economic opportunities. The State is required to provide this draft report to the public in order to solicit input from citizens, non-profit organizations, local officials, and community groups regarding the evaluation of the State's progress in meeting housing and community development needs in the State. The Draft Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report will be available Monday, September 15, 2025, upon request at the following locations: Mississippi Home Corporation, 735 Riverside Drive, Jackson, MS 39202 and Mississippi Development Authority, Community Services Division, 501 North West Street, Jackson, MS 39201. The report can also be downloaded from the following websites: www.mshomecorp.com/federal-programs/ and www.mississippi.org/csd. Comments are invited and will be accepted through Monday, September 29, 2025, on the Draft Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER). Citizens, non-profit organizations, local officials, and community groups interested in the State's performance as it relates to affordable housing, and community development services are encouraged to provide comments.
