ADVERTISEMENT FRONTIER PARK HORSE ARENA 2025-MPW-178 SCOPE OF WORK: The Frontier Park Horse Arena project involves the construction of a pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) canopy roof structure, along with all associated foundations. The scope of work also includes stormwater management upgrades, electrical service work, and associated site improvements necessary to accommodate the new structure. PROJECT ESTIMATE:$3,000,000.00 not including WA State Sales Tax APPRENTICESHIP UTILIZATION: In accordance with RCW 39.04.320, for all public works estimated to cost two million dollars or more, the State of Washington requires no less than fifteen percent (15%) of the labor hours be performed by apprentices. PRE-BID WALKTHROUGH AND SITE EXAMINATION: Pre-bid walk-through will be held at the HORSE SHOW OFFICE on THURSDAY, 9/18/2025, at 10:00 AM PST/PDT.
