View original fileNOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING and COMMENT PERIOD Notice is hereby given that the COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ADVISORY BOARD will hold a public hearing on September 11th, 2025 at 6:00 pm, or as soon thereafter as possible, on the draft 2024 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER). The meeting will be held via Zoom Webinar (https://cob.zoom.us/j/98690459994) Meeting ID: 986 9045 9994 / Password: 21. This report describes the year-end status of all activities for the period from July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025, related to the City of Bellingham’s federal pass-through funding from the Com- munity Development Block Grant (CDBG) and Home Investment Partnership (HOME) Programs, as well as the City’s local funds utilized for housing and services for the low-income community (Housing Levy, Sales Tax, General Fund). All funds are targeted to benefit primarily low to mod- erate income households. Comments may be received on the City’s use of funds and/or use of funds by subrecipient agencies. The draft 2024 CAPER will be available for review starting September 5, 2025 on the City of Bellingham’s website at https://www.cob.org/services/housing/Pages/planning-and-perfor- mance-documents.aspx. Members of the public may also view the 2024 Action Plan which lays out the anticipated use of funds for the 2024 program year at the same website, and available now.
