TO THE KNOWN OR UNKNOWN HEIRS-AT-LAW OF WILLIAM BRYAN JONES, JR., DECEASED, AND ANY OTHER PERSON CLAIMING ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN AND TO THE ESTATE OF WILLIAM BRYAN JONES, JR., DECEASED
You have been made a Defendant in a suit initiating a civil action filed in this Court by Bette-Jean G. Jones, seeking to have Bette-Jean G. Jones, Jamee J. Molander and Janyse J. Cabatu adjudicated by this Court to be the sole and only heirs-at-law of William Bryan Jones, Jr., deceased, as fully set out in the Petition on file. Defendants other than you in this action are Bette-Jean G. Jones, Jamee J. Molander and Janyse J. Cabatu.
You are further summoned to appear and defend against the Complaint or Petition against you in this action at 9:00 O'Clock a. m. on the 4th day of November, 2025, at the Jackson County Chancery Court, Pascagoula, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend a judgment will be entered declaring Bette-Jean G. Jones, Jamee J. Molander and Janyse J. Cabatu as the heirs-at-law of William Bryan Jones, Jr., deceased, and for any other things demanded in the complaint or petition, and process in the manner prescribed by law, for each defendant is hereby returnable to that date.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleading, but you can do so if you wish prior to the hearing set forth hereinabove. The attorney in this cause is A. Scott Cumbest, P.O. Drawer 1287, 729 Watts Avenue, Pascagoula, MS 39568-1287.
