Gladstone Renovation Request for Proposal A. Objective / Purpose: The project includes an interior renovation of existing mixed-use wood framed residential building. This work rearranges residential and office spaces in the western wing of the building to better suit the operational needs of this supportive housing organization. This work includes partial replacement of exterior doors and one exterior window replacement. Organization. Sitework includes one new ADA parking stall connecting to existing sidewalk, tree replacement and new compost amended filter strip alongside the parking stall. B. Key Dates: 1. Proposals are to be received by Zach Newhard at 209 Prospect St, Suite 1, Bellingham, WA 98225, by no later than 2:00 pm on September 24, 2025. Proposals may be hand delivered, mailed, or emailed to Zach Newhard: zach@zervasgroup.com. Any proposal received after submission deadline may be disqualified at the discretion of Lydia Place. 2. Notice to proceed will be given to contractor within 60-days of received proposals and substantial completion to be achieved (180) calendar days later, and final completion achieved (14) calendar days after substantial completion. 3.
