Gladstone Renovation Request for Proposal A. Objective / Purpose: The project includes an interior renovation of existing mixed-use wood framed residential building. This work rearranges residential and office spaces in the western wing of the building to better suit the operational needs of this supportive housing organization. This work includes partial replacement of exterior doors and one exterior window replacement. Organization. Sitework includes one new ADA parking stall connecting to existing sidewalk, tree replacement and new compost amended filter strip alongside the parking stall. B. Key Dates: 1.
