It is the sole responsibility of the Proposer to ensure that the proposal is delivered before the time and date above first written. It shall be each Proposer's sole responsibility to inspect the site of the work regarding the local conditions under which the work is to be done. It shall be understood and agreed that all such factors have been thoroughly investigated and considered in the preparation of the proposal submitted.
