(''MERS'') AS NOMINEE , dated 10/03/2022, and Recorded on 10/13/2022 as Book No. 13982 and Page No. 62 - 79, MUSCOGEE County, Georgia records, as last assigned to ROCKET MORTGAGE, LLC F/K/A QUICKEN LOANS, LLC F/K/A QUICKEN LOANS INC.
