CITY OF BELLINGHAM Lake Padden Golf Course Maintenance and Operations RFP 58B-2025 Notice is hereby given that the City of Bellingham's Parks and Recreation Department is seeking requests for proposals to provide operation and maintenance of its municipal golf course including the pro shop, restaurant, driving range, golf school, and course grounds, located at Lake Padden Golf Course, 4882 Samish Way, Bellingham, WA 98229. The City is seeking an experienced municipal Golf Course Operator for the City's Golf Course that is described herein. The proposed agreement is expected to be either a management contract or lease based on an initial term of no more than five (5) years with the potential, at the City's option, to renew the agreement for two additional five year terms.
