You have been made a defendant in the Petition to Determine Heirs filed in this Court by Anthony C. Brown,
Petitioner for the Heirship of Lois Dean Brown, Deceased, in which the
Petitioner seeks to determine the heirs at law of Lois Dean Brown, deceased and asserts that Rickey A. Brown,
David H. Brown, John E. Brown,
Betty G. Wilson, and Anthony C. Brown are the only heirs at law of Lois Dean Brown, deceased.
You are summoned to appear and defend against said petition at 9:00 a.m. on October 21, 2025 in the courtroom of Chancellor Mark A. Maples in the Jackson County Chancery
Courthouse at Pascagoula,
Mississippi, and in the case of your failure to appear and defend a
judgment will be entered against you for the money or other things
demanded in the petition.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleading, but you may do so if you desire. If you desire to file an
answer, you must mail or hand
deliver a written response to the
