Public Notice Beaufort County (Michael Moore) has applied to the South Carolina Department of Environmental Services Bureau of Coastal Management for a permit to demolish the existing 110' long by 8' floating dock and replace with two floating dock sections forming an "L" arrangement. The floating dock section running parallel to the boat ramp will be 100' long by 8' wide floating dock with an 80' long by 9' wide concrete groundout pad below. A 60' long by 8' wide floating dock will run orthogonally from the channelward end of the aforementioned floating dock to serve as a courtesy dock for staging. The floating docks will be anchored with (10) 16" square concrete internally guided piles. The floating docks are for public use at Station Creek boat landing in Beaufort County, SC.
