REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR DESIGN-BUILD SERVICES The Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) is requesting Statements of Qualifications from companies interested in providing Design-Build Services for the Forward 44: Southwest I-44 Improvements Project in the Southwest (SW) District. The project's primary purpose is to improve the I-44 Interstate in the SW District at various segments with corridor, interchange, pavement, and bridge improvements from Newton to Laclede County. One Design-Build team will be selected to design and construct the project. MoDOT will use a Best Value selection process to evaluate the ability of the Design-Build proposers to meet or exceed the following project goals: Deliver the project within the construction budget of $472 million Maximize safety and reliability with innovative improvements that reduce crashes, and promote economic development Construct a durable transportation facility that is compatible with freight movement and future expansion Minimize and mitigate delays to the traveling public while ensuring the highest level of safety for both workers and the public Deliver the project by the end of 2031 Those interested in receiving Request for Qualifications requirements should send an email request to swforward44@modot.mo.gov.
