NOTICE OF PUBLISHING LEGALLY REQUIRED ADVERTISEMENTS AND PUBLIC NOTICES ON MIAMI-DADE COUNTY'S DESIGNATED PUBLICLY ACCESSIBLE WEBSITE
Pursuant to Section 50.0311(6) of the Florida Statutes, the City of Hialeah announces that effective, Wednesday, October 1, 2025, legally required advertisements and public notices will be published on the publicly accessible website designated by Miami-Dade County for such publications.

Property owners and residents who wish to receive these advertisements and public notices by first class mail or email must submit a written request to the Office of the City Clerk. To make a request, please provide the name, mailing address and email address of the property owner and/or resident, and submit your request via email to cityclerk@hialeahfl.com, via mail to the Office of the City Clerk, 501 Palm Avenue, Third Floor, Hialeah, Florida 33010, or by visiting the Office of the City Clerk in person at the same address.
