CHAPEL HILL TOWN COUNCIL TO CONSIDER CONDITIONAL ZONING APPLICATION The Chapel Hill Town Council will meet at 6 p.m. Wednesday, September 10, 2025, in the Town Hall Council Chamber at 405 M.L.K. Jr. Blvd, to consider an agenda that includes the following application: CONSIDER A CONDITIONAL ZONING APPLICATION AT 5640 OLD CHAPEL HILL ROAD (Planning Project CZD-24-9) The Town has received a Conditional Zoning application from EB Capital Partners. The applicant proposes construction of approximately 76 residential units. Approximately 129,000 sq. ft. floor area on a parcel roughly 4.02 acres in size, on parcel with Orange and Durham County PINs 979-999-5053, 979-999-5048, 979-998-5902, 979-999-7097, 979-999-9029, 979-999-9079, 979-998-6945, 979-998-5983, 979-999-5146, 979-999-9029, 919-999-9079. The site is currently zoned Residential-1 (R-1). The proposed zoning district is Residential-6-Conditional Zoning District (R-6-CZD).
