CITY OF ARLINGTON ORDINANCE The Arlington City Council passed the following ordinance at a meeting on August 26, 2025 This ordinance to become effective September 1, 2025. Ordinance No. 25-059 An ordinance amending the "Unified Development Code" Chapter of the Code of the City of Arlington, Texas, 1987, through the amendment of Articles 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 9, 10, and 12, relative to multi-family and mixed-use developments and small-lot developments; providing for a fine of up to $2,000 for each offense in violation of the ordinance; providing this ordinance be cumulative; providing for severability; governmental immunity; injunctions; publication and an effective date.
