PUBLIC HEARING The Public Utility District #1 of Franklin County (Franklin PUD) will hold the first in a series of 4 public hearings on the 2026 operating and capital budgets. The first hearing will take place during the Board of Commissioners regular meeting on September 23, 2025 at 8:30 a.m. at Franklin PUD's Auditorium located at 1411 W Clark St., Pasco, WA. The public is invited to attend the hearing and make comments. Remote technology attendance options will be published on Franklin PUD's website www.franklinpud.com. Written comments may be mailed to Franklin PUD, P.O. Box 2407, Pasco, WA 99302-2407 or emailed to clerkoftheboard@franklinpud.com.
