PUBLIC HEARING The Public Utility District #1 of Franklin County (Franklin PUD) will hold the first in a series of 4 public hearings on the 2026 operating and capital budgets. The first hearing will take place during the Board of Commissioners regular meeting on September 23, 2025 at 8:30 a.m. at Franklin PUD's Auditorium located at 1411 W Clark St., Pasco, WA. The public is invited to attend the hearing and make comments. Remote technology attendance options will be published on Franklin PUD's website www.franklinpud.com.
