PUBLIC NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONSISTENCY DETERMINATION UNDER THE COASTAL ZONE MANAGEMENT ACT Ken Flottman has filed notice of a proposed project which requires review by the MS Department of Marine Resources to ensure compliance with the state's approved Coastal Program under the Coastal Zone Management Act. The applicant is proposing to construct a living shoreline to prevent erosion and reinforce the shoreline through the planting of native marsh vegetation and installation of breakwaters and sill. The project is located on the Mississippi Sound at Fairhaven Drive in Gautier, Jackson County, MS.
