Public Notice Per Section 24 CFR 983.51(d) of the Federal Register and the adopted 2025 Administrative Plan for the Housing Authority of the City of Fresno, CA, we are announcing an award of twenty-eight (28) Project Based Vouchers at Avalon Commons Phase II at the August 26, 2025 meeting of the Boards of Commissioners. The Avalon Commons Phase II complex is located at 7521 N Chestnut Ave, Fresno CA 93720 in the City of Fresno, California. The site is a currently vacant 2.34-acre parcel (APN 404-071-51), which will be developed with a total of forty-five (45) multifamily residential apartment units. The site will be owned by a limited partnership in which the Housing Authority of the City of Fresno, California and/or its affiliates will be a General Partner.
