ORDINANCE NO. 2237 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KELLER, TEXAS, AMENDING THE CITY OF KELLER CODE OF ORDINANCES BY AMENDING CHAPTER 19, WATER AND SEWERS, ARTICLE V, WASTEWATER PRETREATMENT PROGRAM; SECTION 614, LOCAL DISCHARGE LIMITS; PROVIDING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE; AND AUTHORIZING PUBLICATION. This Ordinance shall be effective ten (10) days after the date of final approval from the State and the City Secretary is hereby authorized and directed to cause publication of the descriptive caption and penalty clause of this Ordinance as an alternative method of publication provided by State Law.
