NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF MECKED Mecklenburg County, North Carolina NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to N.C.G.S. § 55A-14-08 that Articles of Dissolution of MeckEd, a North Carolina nonprofit corporation with its principal office located in Charlotte (Mecklenburg County), North Carolina, were filed in the Office of the Secretary of State of North Carolina and effective as of August 21, 2025 and that all creditors of and claimants against MeckEd are required to present their respective claims immediately in writing to the undersigned so that MeckEd can proceed to collect its assets, convey and dispose of its properties, pay, satisfy, and discharge its liabilities and obligations, and do all other acts required to liquidate its business and affairs. Each claim should include the name and address of the claimant, the date on which the claim arose, the amount of the claim, and should include with it any supporting documentation which may substantiate the claim.
