CITY OF CROWLEY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The City of Crowley Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider the following request on Monday, September 22, 2025 at 7:00 P.M. in the City Council Chambers, located at 201 E Main St, Crowley, Tarrant County, Texas 76036. SUP-2025-002 Hold a public hearing, discuss, and make a recommendation to the City Council on approval of an ordinance requested by VLK Architects on behalf of Crowley Independent School District for a Specific Use Permit to allow the installation and use of a temporary structure (portable building) to function as a kitchen and cafeteria on the northeast corner of the site, adjacent to the existing Gymnasium. The subject property is located at 512 Peach Street and 277 N Oak St in Sylvester S. Reynolds Survey, Abstract 1316, Tract 4A, Tarrant County, Texas. The City of Crowley City Council will conduct a second public hearing and consider the recommendation for the above request at 7:00 PM on Thursday, October 16, 2025 at 201 E. Main. Interested persons are encouraged to attend the public hearing to offer public comments or provide written comments prior to the meeting to the Community Development Office, 201 E Main St, Crowley, Texas 76036.
