Subcontractors Forge Construction is accepting subcontractor/supplier bids for the ReDiscover Behavioral Health Project. The project is located at 9550 Blue Ridge Blvd. Kansas City, MO 64134. The project consists of the interior renovation of approximately 52,761SF existing building with associated site and exterior building improvements. Scopes of work include but are not limited to: Demolition, Final Clean, Surveying, Concrete, Masonry, Steel, Carpentry, Casework and Tops, Roofing, Insulation, Joint Sealants, Sheet Metal, Doors/Frames/Hardware, Overhead Doors, Glazing, Flooring/Tile, Framing and Drywall, Acoustical Ceilings, Painting, Accessories, Fire Suppression, Plumbing, Mechanical, Electrical, Earthwork, Asphalt, Landscaping, Site Utilities, Low Voltage, and Commissioning. A Pre-bid meeting will be held 9/4/25 at 10am onsite. RFIs will be due to Forge Construction by noon on 9/9/25.
