NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Town of Holly Springs Town Council, on Tuesday, September 16, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible, in the Town Hall Council Chambers at 128 S Main Street, Holly Springs, North Carolina to receive comment on the following:
25-REZ-04 A zone map change request filed by The John R. McAdams Company to change the zoning of 51.36 acres from RR Rural Residential to BRT Business & Research Technology and BRT-CD Business & Research Technology Conditional Zoning District at 4113 Deer Path Road and is further described by Wake County PINs 0629624446 and 0629497094.
01-PUD-03-A05 A request filed by Pine Springs Foundation, LLC to amend the Holly Springs Business Park PUD Planned Unit Development, to modify the additional use standards for a school in the Innovation & Institutional District, located at 420 Green Oaks Parkway, and the PUD is further described with the following Wake County PINs 0649120574, 0649125359, 0639914852, 0649034509, 0649211643, 0649311134, 0649319322, 0649119084, 0649427230, and 0639837172.
